Methuen Zoning Board rejects special permit for contractors yard. Chairman Matthew D'Agostino led the board's unanimous five-to-zero denial of Dana Kilroy's application to operate equipment storage on a four-thousand-square-foot parcel at 151 Center Street in a business-highway zone. Abutting neighbors presented photographs documenting outdoor storage of gravel, tires, and other materials along with rodent activity, contradicting the applicant's claim that all materials remain in containers.
The board also unanimously re-elected D'Agostino as Chairman, Nicholas Boucher as Vice Chairman, and Jose Frias as Clerk.
