Council on Aging approves June financials and hears director funding update.

METHUEN — The Methuen Council on Aging approved its June financial report and previous meeting minutes. Executive Director Susan Riccio reported that Mayor D.J. Beauregard granted $5,000 for heating and air conditioning and $2,000 for food and related items, while a $250 request for office supplies was denied.
Riccio will present a job reclassification proposal to City Council and plans to formally document tour behavior protocols. Summer events planned include an Ice Cream Social, Luncheon Social, and Arts Lottery Free Program. The Group Affiliations Policy will return for a vote at the September 25 meeting.
