Methuen Conservation Commission defers four permit applications and six violation matters. Chair David DiZazzo and commissioners continued the National Grid transmission-line refurbishment project to August 20, setting five compliance requirements including wetland delineation, flagging, structure documentation, an approved Turtle Protection Plan, and revised stream-crossing plans. The proposed 168-unit development at 11 Cross Street was continued to August 6 after the board denied a wetland-buffer waiver but agreed to perpetual invasive species management and monitoring on the property.
Three additional permits were also deferred.
