METHUEN — Conservation Commission ratifies three emergency certifications for beaver dam and tree removal. Chair Dave Di Zazzo oversaw unanimous approval of removal work at Harris Grove and Cameron Way by the Department of Public Works, with all certifications ratified on emergency grounds due to active beaver-building season and immediate safety hazards. The Commission also unanimously set a June 4, 2026 deadline for corrected bond documentation on the 99 Cross project, which had been delayed due to incomplete bond language.
Six enforcement and violation matters were continued to future meetings, with two notices of intent and a stormwater permit application pushed to May 7.
