Commission continues Sawyer Place addition, ratifies emergency tree removal.

Methuen Conservation Commission continues Sawyer Place addition review. Chair Matthew Davidson's commission voted unanimously to continue the Request for Determination of Applicability for a second-floor addition at 2 Sawyer Place, requiring applicant Angel Cedano and Albelly Manon to resubmit plans showing erosion-control location and stockpile positioning near the road. The board also unanimously ratified Emergency Certification 26-001 for homeowner Tim Roche to remove five rot-damaged trees in the Bordering Vegetated Wetland at 65 West Street.

Two notices of violation were continued: 13 Lyndale Avenue to May 7 for gravel driveway inspection, and 30 Brown Court to March 5 for restoration plan development.
