Board of Health · Meeting of May 7, 2026
METHUEN — Board of Health unanimously rejects permit appeal for Kerry's Katering. Health Inspectors Darren Dee and Heidi Spina documented repeated food safety violations; operator Kerry Aghoian was found working without a permit at an event over the weekend. Board member Abbey Myers moved to deny the permit, requiring Ms.
Aghoian to submit written food safety procedures before any future permits will be considered. The Board also advanced a proposed fee schedule update, the first since January 1, 2013, which adds a seventy-five dollar fee for HACCP-plan establishments, with a vote scheduled for June 11, 2026.
