Methuen Board of Assessors meets briefly in open session, then enters executive session. Chairman Janet McLennan, members Thomas J. Hoye and Susan Davila, City Assessor Suzanne E.

Doherty, and Assistant Assessor Theresa M. Solomon were present. The board unanimously approved prior minutes and heard a report from Assessor Doherty that a property owned by B.C.E.A Neema Church Inc at 4 Alderbrook Ln had not yet responded to information requests about church leadership, residency, formation date, and congregation size.

The board entered executive session at 9:00 a.m. to review exemption and abatement applications and adjourned at 9:26 a.m. without public reconvening.
